San Antonio Personal Care is the trading name of ELSUBE LLC. The company was founded in 2015, when four healthcare professionals got together with the idea of providing an in-home Personal Care experience for both English and Spanish speaking communities in Las Vegas Nevada. On initial setup, the company had more staff than clients. However they were able to establish the company as a licensed care agency for the State of Nevada.
The company has steadily grown year on year even through the Pandemic Years when vulnerable clients still needed to be serviced. Now we have 100+ PCA’s working in homes across Las Vegas on a daily basis. Attending to the needs of our clients.

Our team has to undergo an annual training program, to keep them up to date with what their tasks are. Certified CPR training. TB and health checks are a requirement for all PCA’s.
All new team members are subject to background checks and fingerprint recognition.

Training is part of the job as a PCA. Annual training programs are conducted in house using video and role play, so when the unexpected happens they will know what to do. Cultural Competency is now a requirement for the State of Nevada. So as to better understand our diverse culture here in the USA.

Yes, our training is certified and is open to audit from the State of Nevada at any time.
CPR classes and certification are done by specialist independent companies.
